David Carroll
David focuses on Jeffco EDC’s business retention and expansion (BRE) program and is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with primary employers in Jefferson County.
David has more than 20 years of experience as an executive leader spanning business development, entrepreneurship, and civic engagement along with arts and culture advocacy roles.
Previously, he served as the Executive Director for the Greater Englewood Chamber of Commerce. During his tenure, he expanded membership, business retention efforts and implemented programs that continue to support local businesses and its workforce. His leadership during the pandemic was recognized with the 2022 Governor’s Award for Downtown Excellence in the category of best Pandemic Response for Business. Prior to that role, he served as Director of Operations for Historic Grant Avenue, a creative co-working space, and Membership Sales Representative for the Downtown Denver Partnership.
David earned a Master’s in Business Administration in nonprofit management from Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from Colorado State University. David is a Colorado native; he enjoys tennis, hiking and stays active in the arts by volunteering.

Erin Acheson
Erin earned her degree in music performance and has worked with professional and amateur performing arts organizations for over 20 years in New York City and Denver doing administration, management, fundraising, marketing/communications, grant writing, and as executive director. She is excited to be supporting the Jefferson County business community through her member engagement role. In her free time, Erin enjoys exploring new neighborhoods; visiting our incredible local breweries, distilleries, and restaurants; and getting outdoors as often as possible.

Jansen Tidmore
A Dothan, Alabama native, Jansen graduated from Auburn University with a Master of Public Administration, with concentrations in city management and economic development. Starting his career in the private sector, he has a background in both construction and media. In 2011 he joined the Dothan Downtown Redevelopment Authority as the Executive Director. In 2017, Jansen took the helm of the newly formed Spartanburg Downtown Development Partnership. In December 2018, Jansen’s role was expanded as EVP of Corporate and Urban Development for the Economic Futures Group. His career accomplishments have been built around a collaborative and innovative approach to economic development solutions, built on data-driven decision making. Jansen and his family are proud to call Jeffco home. He is married to Laura, a teacher, and has a rising 6th and 2nd grader. His previous community involvement is extensive and includes a higher education board, historic preservations, recreation boards, and committees on smart technology in cities. When not in the office, you may find him on the slopes or cheering on the Auburn Tigers, Broncos, Avs, & Nuggets.

Leigh Seeger
Leigh is responsible for the creation, implementation and management of the economic development workplan and its efforts to attract, expand and retain primary employers in Jefferson County. Her main responsibilities are focused on business recruitment and expansion of primary employers. Leigh facilitates prospect inquiries and manages all business incentive requests for the county, working directly with businesses and site location consultants. In addition, she is responsible for business attraction programs including marketing efforts locally, nationally and internationally for business growth in Jeffco EDC’s six target industries (aerospace, aviation, bioscience, energy, beverage production and outdoor recreation). Over the years, Leigh has handled many large recruitment and expansion deals for companies such as: Lockheed Martin, Ball Aerospace, CoorsTek, Pilatus Business Aircraft, the Coleman Company, and many more. She is a proud fourth-generation Colorado native and received her bachelor’s degree in Economics and statistics from Colorado State University, and has completed all the coursework from the International Economic Development Council.
